1.Can I have a trial order?
A: Yes, we welcome trial order to test and check our quality.
(1) Umbrella trial order without the logo, the price is +50% up based on the MOQ price.,
(2) Umbrella trial order with Client's logo, logo setup cost is about USD 20usd.-200usd

2.What is the lead time?
Mass production: 10-45 days after receipt of the deposit

3.Do you have any MOQ limited?
A: No, We don't. But for custom umbrellas, it is 50pcs.

4.Do you have any special umbrella?
A: Yes, we have our own design team, any special umbrella can be customized, like the LED umbrella, reverse umbrella, couple umbrella, fold reverse umbrella, hat umbrella, etc.

5.How do you ship the umbrellas and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by Sea, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive; Due to the COVID-19 it may take longer. 
B: We can also help to check the shipping fee for customers by sea and by air.

6.Could I put our own logo on the umbrellas?
A: Yes, the customized order is available.the logo setup cost is about $20-$200, based on the logo.

7. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If it is very urgent to get the price, please call us so that we will put your inquiry in priority.

8. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After the confirmation of the prices, you can require for samples to check the quality of our umbrellas. Sample setup costs will be refundable when order number is up to 10000 pcs per design.

9.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
AI, cdr or PDF. We will make a computer mockup for your final confirmation.

10. How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will takes 4-7days to make a sample and one more week to deliver the samples to you.

11.How many colors are available?

We have some colors available, please contact us for details; and we can also do custom colors. Please provide the PMS color#.
